unable to get approved to use vancouver.php.net forum

Dear Sirs, I cannot get approved to use the vancouver.php.net forum. I created a username and the system sent me a temp password but it will not work until my account is approved. There is not a single contact person/link/info on the vancouver.php.net website. I received the following email from tummytech@gmail.com but this person does not respond when I send them emails asking if/when/how I can get approved to use the vancouver.php.net forum.
