This time the culprit is an unencoded ampersand in the title: "Forum PHP in Paris, France, November 9 & 10th, 2006". Replace & with & and you're golden. I would recommend passing any HTML sent to the RSS feed through DOM (using relaxed HTML parsing, and then outputting again) or HTML Purifier (http://hp.jpsband.org/). See Bug #37512 and Bug #37513 for prior art.
