I have been trying to report a bug issue that I have experienced on one of
my servers, bug #38954, and instead of getting any apparent attempt to help
all I get are accusations that I have configured something wrong. It also
appears that the responder to my bug report has not even taken the time to
read it, as his suggestions are apache related and in my very first post I
explain I am using IIS. Finally on the 4th of Oct, 2006 I could no longer
log in to add new comments, oddly my password had changed from "EC-2077Cvs",
to "foo". I believe someone was attempting to shut me up. I like PHP, and
heve been working with it since v2.0 I am taken aback at the apparently, to
me, rude behavior of those who are supposed to be helping.
