Not providing something is not automatically ment as discriminating. Someone
from the main-mirrors should change this.
A friendly "Please add the Romanian flag" would be enough.

Hi PHP group,
According to Section 188 of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998
(WIA)<http://mail.google.com/oasam/regs/statutes/sec188.htm>prohibits
discrimination against applicants, employees and participants in
WIA Title I-financially assisted programs and activities, and programs that
are part of the One-Stop system, on the grounds of race, color, religion,
sex, and national origin.
