Registration of a training date

Thanks for the greatest site on the Internet. I have twice tried to register a php training event (which we have monthly) onto the website via http://www.php.net/submit-event.php and twice it has been denied. Could you tell me what process I must follow in order to do this correctly? Website: www.intoweb.co.za Category: PHP training Thanks, Darren
