We pass the IPs through widely used spamers black lists, but we do not maintain those lists.
If you take a look at http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/ip4r.ch?ip=24.106.64.230 you'll see your IP is listed at DSBL. Please read that page on how to get delisted.

Subject: SPAMmers list?
Hi - I tried to submit some info re: how I configured PHP on Windows to connect to MSSQL Server on a different server. I spent DAYS trying to achieve this, and it's important info. For whatever reason, when I submitted my post, it said I'm on some kind of spammers list. What's that about? My IP is 24.106.64.230 and I guarantee you I'm no spammer! Please let me know what I am supposed to do to resolve this. Can you tell me anything about when and why this IP was added to the SPAM list or can the list-keepers explain this to me? I tried to submit a posting earlier and typed in a numeric answer to a text-based mathematical SPAM challenge, so it told me that I was incorrect. If THAT's what did it, then you should explicitly say on your SPAM challenge that the response must be in WORDS, not numbers. Four minus three is 1, to me, as well as being one. Thanks, Heather Harkins
