When I went to find this bug, I tried many different search criteria, but nothing that I tried, not content search, not author search, nothing at all would locate this bug for me. I finally found it by using my browser's history. The bug is http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=39688 I challenge you to find it via the bug search function. There is something very broken about searching for bugs. Mostly it works, but apparently it has a blind spot for "Feature/Requests". And by the way, specifying "Irrelevant" for the Build number also does not work for "Feature/Requests", it gives an error saying it is not a valid choice. But "Irrelevant" did work for a normal bug, so there is something different/broken about the code path for "Feature/Requests".
