Hello,
I want to offer to setup new mirror in Ukraine under
name ua.php.net, because current ua.php.net is
not working more than 6 months (or something like that)
and because my ua2.php.net mirror is under heavy
load last months.
Now our company have new high speed hosting facility and already
have unofficial mirror here - http://phpm.ua.elro.com
Regards,
Max Khaikin
