The course introduces PHP programming language, develops the PHP skills required to create dynamic websites, read and write external file data, and analyze and manipulate such data. It introduces selected PHP libraries to interact with various external resources and expedite the development process. Applicants should have good skills in XHTML, CSS and preferably MySQL or have completed the ITApps courses - IN Internet Communications and Websites and O1 Open Source Database Design 1 MySQL.
