PHP Usergroups Membership Database

Hi, I work with Microsoft as a Broker and I was interested in whether or not PHP Usergroups allows their member database to be rented for 3rd party Direct Mail, Email and/or Telemarketing Efforts. Please let me know. Thanks, Pete Peter C.
