Just a bit of update information on the page layout problem. My screen
resolution is set to 1600 x 1200 at 32 bit. Thought that this might be
helpful. Also I didn't use the control mousewheel function to enlarge any
part of the page.

According to the screenshots he sent me, he is. My font size was just to
small to reproduce it.
We had the same problem with php.net/dom, I think, it was fixed by adding
space after "->" allowing the text to word wrap.
