Hi
Quote from php.net/mirroring
"Please note that we are currently only accepting new official mirrors
in countries where we don't already have two active official mirrors."
[snip]
"We have found that this 2 mirror limit per country serves our users
well, so please do not ask to be the 3rd in a country that already has
2 unless you have a very good reason."
