Hey,
I can see that dk.php.net has been down for a day or two. If the problem is permanent, I would like to offer my help and service to setup a new mirror of php.net
If this is a temporarily problem with dk.php.net, then this mail isn't really relevant according to your "2 mirror limit per country" policy.
Have a nice day :)
