The second (RedIRIS) Spanish mirror does not work

Hi, Please remove the second Spanish mirror from RedIRIS ( es2.php.net ) because it does not work, it hasn't worked for many weeks, and it prevents Spanish users from comfortably browsing the PHP.net site. Even if you go directly to es.php.net , some features such as searching will redirect to es2.php.net and fail. Consequently, Spanish users have to browse through other country's mirror in another language, such as uk.php.net . I already reported this problem to RedIRIS, but got no answer.
