I am pretty sure this was valid xhtml... and now when you go to php.net/mailling-lists#general the "General Mailing Lists" text is "hidden" since the anchor is below it... Oups.. but still the w3c validator yells that the form element will accept a h2 as first child, but not an anchor.What about using <h2 id="general"> instead? should be valid
