New to PHP

Hi, I am new to PHP - I have been asked to make updates to a website for ESP (www.esp.com). I was given then link http://www.esp.com/admin/admin_index.php Username: Admin Pass: I have been able to use this utility to make basic text changes. However I need to make changes to a page that is not listed in this utility http://www.esp.com/ESP_SalarySurvey/SalarySurvey.htm 1. How do I do this? 2. Is PHP something I can download to my computer and then FTP my changes? 3. If so, how much does it cost? 4. How about making picture and styling changes? Thank you so much in advance. If this is not the correct address to ask these questions, please direct me. Sincerely, Rebecca Metz ____________________________________________________________________________________ Expecting?
