PHP and Arabic Language

Dear Sir or Madam, I am working on developing a set of PHP classes specialized to support PHP localization for Arabic language. I published those classes under GPL license in PHPClasses.org website, and many of those classes won prizes. I manage a website to talk about those classes and provide links to download, get more information and browse a life demo for each class. I know that it might be too early to contact you asking this, but at least I would like to know if that is possible and under which criteria it can become truth?
