Hello!
The link outside Slovenia might be closed as we are waiting for DdoS to end.
Sorry for the inconveniences this has caused. In the future, I'll inform
this group regarding such problems. Mirror is reachable from Slovenia, I
hope we will be able to open access to the rest of the world as soon as
possible.
Kind regards,
Dejan

I would appreciate if you could let us know about these kind of
problems so we aren't in the dark when asked about "what is going
on?".
Our mirror-test-bot (running from osu1.php.net) can't access it
(simply unable to connect) - and the mirror is therefor disabled.
