Permission request

Hi, I'm the copyright administrator for the Cegep@distance in Montreal. Cegep@distance is the official institution responsible for distance college education in Quebec, Canada. It holds its mandate from the Department of Education. We are presently in the production stage of a course titled Computer application in management.A website on which we would like to offer our students an access to Easyphp 1.8 will be added to the course's textbook. Therefore we would need your permission to hostthis software on our website (www.cegepadistance ( http://www.cegepadistance/ )) so that we make sure that the very same version will be available to the students. We want to stick to the version which is available today and will not update it. The access to the course's website will be granted to every student registered to the course thanks to a user name and a password. Please note that your software would only be used for education purpose. The lifetime of this course is five (5) years and we expect more or less 120 students a year. Let me know, as soon as possible, if you would allow us to host the Easyphp 1.8 Software and if we need to sign an agreement for this use. I am not shure about the license of the software? Is it the Open Publication Licence? Feel free to contact me in french or in english if you need more information.
