Greetings,
I have XAMPP and its php included, but i have also a forum installeted (Vbulletin), and when i
upload a file its says:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 6808289 bytes) in
C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\AS-Club\includes\class_core.php on line 1781

I know that i need to increase the memory limit in php.ini, but i have set it once on 50M and
restart nothing work now its sets on 200M,
so whats the problem its still getting the same error, and i think i cant set it higher than 16M.
So how do i fix this problem?
