You are blocking IPs considering the UCEPROTECT Network Level 1; this is very unfairy because you are blocking the subnet of a whole internet provider with dynamic IPs! In my case, you are blocking ALL users from Wind-Infostrada ADSL service (I guess all those of my zone here in Rome) from the usage of the notes submission service.
The check url given to me was http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/ip4r.ch?ip=80.241.173.254
However there is nothing I can do about that. IP blocking is a very bad and uneffective security policy, _specifically_ if used against dynamic IP addresses. I don't think I will spend more time trying to add notes if I get treated like a spammer...
Thank you and have a nice weekend,
