hello everyone,
as there is only one official austrian mirror (at.php.net), which is horribly slow all the time, we decided to set up a new unofficial mirror, which is currently available at http://php.dfx.at/ . hosting is provided by UPC austria (http://www.upc.at/), formerly known as inode (http://www.inode.at/). connectivity is 100 mbit/s and traffic usage per day is not a problem, so we should be able to provide a good additional austrian mirror. please let me know what you think.
regards
