Could you post the exact link you are trying to access? I go to downloads on this site. Choose php 5.2.x windows binary 3 mirror sites are given for the UK on choosing one I expect to download that version of PHP instead i get a page that simply states http 403 error and indicates an access denial. this occurs for all 3 mirror sites. using IE vs 7 this is all that happens. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ The remainder of the comments for this report are too long.
