Hello Jamie,
There are currently 2 mirrors in Ireland (ie.php.net and ie2.php.net), you should wait untill some official mirror list maintainer reacts to see if you get ie3.php.net. Official there are only 2 mirrors in every country (as long as it is not an exception).
With kind regards, Met vriendelijke groet,
Mark Scholten

I've changed the hostname to http://ie3.php.net/ as someone already has http://ie2.php.net . There is only one mirror showing in Ireland though. Does anybody want to add this as a mirror? Are my emails reaching anyone? Thanks Jamie
