Why name it PHP?

I program in PHP and I love it. But, I have always been wondering... Why is it called PHP? I know that it used to stand for Personal Home Page, but why change it to just PHP? I should probably say, why make PHP a repeating acronym? I know that this is definitely not your decision, but I was wondering if maybe you know why or if you know someone who does know.
