ECCN Certification

Hi PHP experts, I work for Sun Microsystems. We have used PHP to write a tool that tests the integrity of Solaris patches. We have embedded the file "php" for use at runtime and include calls to some of the PHP extended libraries which we also include. We are preparing to share this tool with a few Sun Partners who are 3rd Party software vendors. In doing so, Sun requires us to perform legal due diligence. It is possible that these vendors may send the tool outside of the US. Therefore our legal department has requested a Third Party Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) Certification. If you already have a registered ECCN (with the US government) can you please forward it to me? Or if you do not, can you fill out the attached form per it's instructions?
