I need help so much

Please I need help so much i don't know what's happening even in PHP's site I don't find what I want There is issues I have when I'm working I'm making a bbcode using XML and DOM in PHP I faced in making smilies it doesn't define element as a node I don't know how .... the code in XML looks like this : <smilies> <popeyes> <text>00)</text> <image><![CDATA[<img src='images/smailes101.gif' />]]></image> </popeyes> </smilies> and extracting in PHP looks like this : $smilies = $doc->getElementsByTagName("smilies")->item(0);

    $popeyes = $smilies->getElementsByTagName("popeyes")->item(0);
     $text_popeyes= $popeyes->getElementsByTagName("text")->item(0);
       $img_popeyes =

$popeyes->getElementsByTagName("image")->item(0).firstchild.nodevalue; and I had this error : *Catchable fatal error*: Object of class DOMElement could not be converted to string in *D:\wamp\www\CMS1\xmlextract.php* on line *70* I don't know what's that mean the only meaning I'm getting that it doesn't define element as a node this was the first one .... please reply to me ASAP because that's really important
