Depends on my mood and relationship with the maintainer :)
If you are referring to nl2.php.net, they are obviously having some
issues with their setup, none of their mirrors (mysql, apache, linux,
php, gentoo) are functional at the moment.
What irritates me is the fact they haven't replied to any of my mails
nor let us know what is going on.
5weeks, however, is not long enough to get expelled in my books.
