Requesting Information on linking to PHP.NET

Good morning/afternoon/evening, We have recently completed a rewrite of devscripts.com and are looking to place a link to your site on our links page. Before we do this however, we just wanted to know if there are any rules, regulations and other conditions we need to be aware of before linking to your site. For instance, we are planning to use and expand on the "What is PHP" excerpt located on the left column of your home page. The website devscripts.com is written in PHP 5/MySQL 5 and utilises a home grown RAD MVC framework. Since 2002, our goal has been to provide other developers like ourselves with an Online Directory where they can list and provide access to their commercial and free server and client side scripts. We would also like to explore the possibility of obtaining a listing in your links section as a resource for PHP scripts. We currently have 1600+ and growing PHP example scripts in our directory and are hoping to increase this number as time passes.
