Hello all
We have a new mailing list in town, php-webmaster@lists.php.net, which
will take over all the usual webmaster traffic (CVS commits, events,
bug reports and the usual webmaster@ posts).
Note: Noone will be auto-subscribed to the new list!
I therefor would like to ask you all, interested in the webmaster
things, to subscribe to the new list (empty post to
php-webmaster-subscribe@lists.php.net) as soon as you can so we can
start sending things to the correct mailing list.
What this means for mirror maintainers; We finally have a list for ourself :D
This list will continue to get the weekly mirror-status-reports,
new/deleted mirror messages and phpweb CVS commits (no other commits)
so you can follow what is going on.
Other than that i am expecting this list to be really quiet.
I know most of the mirror maintainers are not currently subscribed to
the list (due to the high traffic in the past), and those who are
usually just "mark all as read" so it has been really hard to contact
most of you in the past, which was the main reason to make the split.
Subscribing to this list will be a requirement for all new mirror
maintainers, and I will be sending requests to all current maintainers
to subscribe to this list soonish.
