Correct. Because of the number of mirrors and sheer amount of
traffic we get, nothing is done immediately. It will take up to 90
minutes for your server to be re-checked and re-added to the list.
However, in the meantime, it's still reachable via the web at
http://ch.php.net/. Once it passes the tests, it'll be
automatically
re-added.
