Thanks for the update, George. Your mirror should sync with
rsync.php.net hourly. An example would be to use the following
cronjob (beware of word-wrapping in this message):
[M] * * * * rsync -avzC --timeout=600 --delete --delete-after
--include='distributions/*.exe' rsync.php.net::phpweb
[/your/local/path]
Replace [M] with any number of your choice between 0-59,
inclusive, for the minute of the hour the cron will run.
Replace [/your/local/path] with the path to your mirror image of
the php.net site.
If you have any further questions, please let us know. I will add
your mirror to the list now. Our systems will run some automatic
checks on your server to be sure everything is working as expected,
and if everything passes, your mirror should appear in the official
rotation and on http://php.net/mirrors.php in about 90
minutes. Note
that it can take longer, but if it hasn't appeared in 12 hours,
there's likely a problem with the mirror. If you don't see your
mirror in the list after 12 hours, please send us an email and we'll
help you troubleshoot.
Thanks again, and welcome to the Mirrors Team!
