Hello all! Sorry for these problems, main disks were down on the main server. All is repaired and we've also moved the CNAME'd domain php.blrf.net to a different DNS server so that also took some time. Both DNS servers serving this domain are now responding correctly so si.php.net pointing to php.blrf.net should soon work normaly. Sorry for any inconveniences caused.
