We can provide a mirror from Vancouver, Canada. I know you have 3 mirrors already, but they are in Toronto and Montreal. Routing and speeds between Vancouver and Montreal are not very good for US or Canadian citizens living on the West Coast.
We would also like to provide a Luxembourg mirror as well.
We would be proud to support PHP.net as all of our projects have always used PHP.
If you are interested please let us know.
Cheers & Thanks
Jeffery
