Official Mirror for Bangladesh

Hi, We a ISP in Bangladesh, and are very interested in becoming the official mirrors for PHP.NET. We are currently mirrors for CentOS, Fedora, EPEL, Debian and Ubuntu Releases. We are also syncing for Ubuntu Archives, expected to finish within the next day. Our current upstream BW is 120 Mbps, of which our upload is hardly 30% saturated. So, we can provide the rest to our mirrors. We are also connected to the local internet exchange called BDIX (www.bdix.net), where we have 100 Mbps connection which is hardly 10% utilized. We also do not see any official mirrors for PHP in Bangladesh. We, therefore, request you to review and advise.
