RE: Enquiry about hosting a Finnish mirror-site

Hey Jonne, A fellow mirror maintainer here, so this is not an *official* reply. You may want to add your mirror to the official waiting list.. It won't hurt, for sure. :) http://php.parasane.net/mirrors/waitinglist.php Best regards, Jaime -- Administrativo ComunidadHosting : Web hosting en tu idioma : http://www.comunidadhosting.com/ -----Mensaje original----- De: "Jonne Backhaus" <jonne.backhaus@planeetta.net> Enviado: Friday, 15 February, 2013 8:22am Para: php-mirrors@lists.php..net Asunto: Enquiry about hosting a Finnish mirror-site Hi, I work for a Finnish hosting company called Planeetta Internet OY and we would be interested in hosting a Finnish mirror for PHP. We have noticed that there arent any mirrors here yet, so we would really like to bring PHP a tad closer to Finnish coders. Since we are hosting the Finnish PHP UG next month we would like to get the mirror up and running before that (http://www.php.net/cal.php?id=5614). And "launch" the mirror at the event. So can we proceed in building a Finnish mirror? If im correct we need the authorization for fi1.php.net from you? br, Jonne Backhaus Planeetta Internet Oy
