I wonder if it wouldn't be usefull to encode somewhere in the footer mail link
(webmaster@php.net) the originating server or country (in the subject for
example), thus concerned people (aka reponsible of the mirror) could check it
before deciding to either taking action or re-submit it to the whole mirror
list.
