Another thing is I just noticed strange errors in the log as if MultiViews matching is being done
(-MultiViews is in effect):
[Wed Oct 02 21:51:33 2013] [error] [client 2001:4d00:1:101::2] File does not exist:
/opt/mirrors/php/htdocs/file_get_contents
Is the search code using /error.php for this to catch the function shortcut urls?
