rsync typo?

Just looking at the website's README.mirror page, where it says
to use this in your crontab:
rsync -avzC --delete --delete-after \
rsync.php.net::phpweb /your/local/path
The manpage for my rsync (rsync version 2.3.1 protocol version 20)
doesn't have the --delete-after option (just --delete and
--delete-excluded). Is this a typo, or am I behind a few versions?
