si.php.net mirror still not working

Hello!
Few weeks ago I wrote about europe rsync server not working. It's been solved now and I can see on status.php.net that "Synchrony" is sill at "Last updated 01-Dec-2015" although when I click on it, it states that it was updated on 9th of March, 2016 which is correct.
Why is the si.php.net mirror still not active and official?
