Pear home page broken?

Hi,
It looks like http://pear.php.net/ is broken, it stops abruptly
after the
documentation link

It's possible this is a local firewall/proxy error, but the system is
usually OK, and modems are not permitted, so I have no way of double
checking.

Why is there no link to Pear from the main PHP site? I discovered it
only by reading the excellent PHP developer's cookbook.
