The final solution would be to upload the PDF files to the
main CVS server, and then all mirrors would have the
PDF files, as the other docs and downloads. Maybe Jouni
owns some PDF docs, we can upload to php.net (the download
was on Toye in Jouni's webspace). [cc-ed to Jouni].
