Hi everybody!
We are a small office, but actively use PHP for our websites.
One of our developers has tried to download the whole annotated
manual from www.php.net/manual/en/ and now not only he but
everybody in our office has been banned from your server.
He claims that nowhere you have forbidden to download all the
pages at once, but I presume that your server didn't like the
frequency we pull the pages.
So we apologies for the bandwidth we took, but can you please
re-enable our IP address (193.252.48.6) so we can continue to
consult your pages ?
Sincerely Daniel S.
