All the "latest PHP" links are working for me.
Maybe your setup can't deal with our downloads
server on port 8000. Please try another mirror
site too.

Page cannot be displayed on the Downloads.php section.
ie once you have clicked the link to download you get the error.

please can you let me know when the download facility is operational as I need the latest version
asap.
