Installing PHP

I know that there is a readme text in the install file of PHP, but I
am still a newbie and still do not think I have it installed
properly. I am trying to install PHP on a Windows 2000 Server with
an IIS 5.0 web server. I ran the install shield installation which
did an install however when it finished it said there was a problem
registering one of the OCX files and that I should read the documents
to find out how to fix this problem, I read but I can not see where
it points that out. Also how do you start the service? I'm sorry I
am so new to installing it on a fresh server, I use PHP in my coding
- but never the install. Please help.
