Documentation usage

Hi. I'm the administrator of the .mx mirror and I have the following question about the usage of the php docs: We're developing a new research and development site to let our customers report bugs and suggest new features for our services. We want to provide in our site some reference pages for some languages and I wanted to know if I can adapt the manual as it's done here: http://www.ulabs.uservers.net/refs/php/ Please let me know if using the manual like this is all right.
