Howdy,
Thanks for running a great PHP site! One improvement I would like to
see is a more detailed description of return values from functions.
For example, OCILogon is supposed to return an int indicating the
connection number. Will this be > 0 for valid connections? Will FALSE
be returned if the connection cannot be made, or will -1 be returned?
Please let me know what the values for OCILogon are supposed to be.
