Sorry about that. I've had broadband long enough now that
I forget the whole world isn't hooked up at 3Mb. Sorry again.
The program doesn't actually produce pdf directly. It really generates
Latex which in turn can be generated into a number of formats.
I decided to do it after running html2latex and seeing how poor
a job it did in the conversion.
I'm going to add some style sheet support, clean it up, then probably
declare victory and move on.
