Use of PHP logo

I am with a company called EmergeCore Networks. We have developed a new brand of networking equipment, the OPEN IP Service Switch. The switch is a combination of a high-speed switch/router partnered with a network application server in one device. As part of our product offering, we will offer a network management tool which we are using PHP to develop. I am writing you to see where I would go to get permission to use the PHP logo on our website, and how, if possible, we would go about formalizing a relationship with PHP as a development partner.
