PHP Group Defintion

Hi, I'm doing research on open-source projects at the Computer Science Department at Linköping University, Sweden. I was looking for a definintion of the PHP Group, since you atribute the copyright of the material on your website and the documentation that you produce to the PHP Group. Unfortunately I could not find a defintion. Can you help me out, with both: the defintion and a web page stating the defintion.
